Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create and post engaging content (announcements, giveaways, memes, news)
  • Assist with branding and communication style
  • Coordinate campaigns and community events with the team

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Good written English (German is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of game servers or Minecraft/other games is beneficial
  • Patient, friendly and able to explain technical things in simple terms
  • Available at least 5 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer tickets and Discord support requests
  • Help customers with server setup, configuration and common issues
  • Document frequently asked questions and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical team
  • Contribute to improving our knowledge base and FAQ

  • Understanding of networking basics (DNS, firewall, ports)
  • Ability to troubleshoot server issues independently
